With some help from Ken's article, I was able to get the single blog/gallery going.  I also had to do a bit of tweaking which is detailed on the CommunityServer forums.  I still haven't got all of the kinks worked out with the gallery, but it looks like the blog and admin sections are working pretty much okay.  I also tweaked the Theme, but I'll post more about that later once I package it up as a CS Skin.
